Passive 110, nearly zero energy housing renovation

Passive 110, our most recent completed work, is an integral renovation project that has converted an apartment built in 1968 into a nearly zero energy housing, certified under Passivhaus standards.

This passive and sustainable house also enjoys privileged views over the city of Madrid and unique design.
