Passive 110, nearly zero energy housing renovation

Passive 110, our most recent completed work, is an integral renovation project that has converted an apartment built in 1968 into a nearly zero energy housing, certified under Passivhaus standards.

Beyond energy efficiency, we have completely reorganized the space of the house, differentiating the day and night areas, and designing a flexible and versatile house that adapts to current and future needs, thanks to the interior division systems that allow to connect or isolate spaces.

This passive and sustainable house also enjoys privileged views over the city of Madrid and unique design.
