Coming soon in the Red Sea — a luxury resort where the dunes, the desert, and the water converge in a seamless passage from arrival to immersion.
The built environment transitions smoothly towards the dunes and the sea horizon. Each level of the project is organized around a single constant: the sea, always visible, always near. Sea views dominate both the interior and exterior spaces. Gradually, the gardens meet the dune system, avoiding artificial lighting and architectural boundaries to minimize disturbance to the environment.

Arriving at the Sea
Guests arrive along a landscaped drive flanked by a curated green precinct — where museums and art installations are set within a green belt.
The arrival level sits slightly sunken into the terrain, sheltered and considered. At its heart, the check-in pavilion rises as a circular landmark. From this very first moment the Red Sea is already visible in the distance.

From here, guests move on foot toward the water. The path unfolds naturally, the sea drawing closer with every step.

A Hotel Shaped by Views
The organisational logic of the complex follows one clear principle: to protect the visual connection between the guest and the sea.
The main public level floats above the arrival plane, opening expansively toward the water. Terraces, pools, restaurants extend outward in a long, generous gesture, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. This is where the saltwater air, the light on the Red Sea, and the texture of the landscape converge into an experience.

Between the arrival level and this public floor, light descends through large, curvilinear openings in the ceiling. These organic apertures pour sky and greenery into the spaces below, creating moments of unexpected beauty as guests move through the hotel.

Villas, Rooms and Suites: Oriented to the Horizon
Above the public level, the guest accommodation rises in organic volumes. The suites and rooms are arranged in a herringbone configuration — each rotated to maximise direct views of the beach and sea.

The most exclusive villas sit directly on the beachfront, nestled beneath the main public floor and opening privately onto the sand.

What makes these villas truly singular is not only their location, but the shared structural slab above each one, sculpted with generous zenithal openings that draw in natural light and frame the sky.
