Green Pool is a new pool and solarium just finished for an existing house. The project takes on careful detailing and dark tones to build a calm atmosphere. The entire perimeter of the pool is passable and overflowing. A small cascading fountain whose constant trickling gives the whole setting a pleasant feeling.

Curl House’s curved façade gives character and identity to this large scale house. This high luxury villa organizes more public spaces in the lower floors, connecting them with a large garden that wraps the house. Spatial generosity, good detailing and outdoor living enhance wellbeing.

5 Gems is a luxury residential project evoking both Mediterranean and Modern architecture. Its spaces create a diversity of sensations. Materials such as stone bring traditional rural dwellings into mind, while contemporary architecture appears through powerful shapes overhanging the garden. The 5 villas are placed in a terraced way, organizing the different rooms and gardens on the hillside. The most intimate places, like the bedrooms, open to the horizon. Another large house in Kuwait, explores the relation between inside and outside, in the form of patios and gardens, in orden to create peaceful and intimate spaces. Gardens and terraces appear in all the floors of the villa, creating cross views and three dimensional relations. In Madrid, AGi architects is also currently carrying out an apartment renovation in which a contemporary style of living is enhanced through seamless materials and connected living spaces.
