This initiative is part of the program of activities planned for the 10º Anniversary of AGi architects in 2016.
Five finalists in each category will be chosen at a first stage in order to get only one winning design in each one.
The deadline for submitting proposals is open until December 4th.

Hisham A. Alsager Cardiac Center by AGi architects was shortlisted by the World Architecture Festival to compete for a WAF award 2016 in the Completed Buildings Health category. The project, built in Kuwait, will face other seven finalists located in Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden.

Respect for tradition and the existing city, along with symbolism and historical memory are the central concepts of the project submitted by AGi architects in collaboration with the local architecture firm Shift Process Practice, that won Second Prize.

The complex combines different uses: commercial and residential while providing the area of new services such as a clinic and an aparthotel.
